Five fifty five comes from 5:55 the time i was born. My dad was a roofer and he would go to work very early and come back late. Every time that week he looked at the clock going or coming he’d see the time 5:55 at the end of the week i was born at 5:55. Jack Five 50 Five

Five 50 Five produces bespoke embroidery, embellishments and hand-made garments tailored to your exact needs, from pattern to finished fully embroidered pieces, made in England with all materials and packaging sourced within the UK. Five 50 Five creates one-off pieces that will never be reproduced or recreated and available only in the size seen, with a few limited collections along the way and who knows maybe even some cushions.

The wasp and ant are the first thing i created as a professional and will be available until i die.

Each garment is a piece of craft and only features branding on the neck label, the items of clothing are created to be kept forever. From the threads used in the embroidery to the 100% cotton jersey knitted in Leicester down to the recyclable packaging made from recycled material to keep your garments stored and safe, quality is a major factor in my work (goes without saying really) and I aim to give you a piece of clothing you'll love for a lifetime. I believe in this so much that all embroidery is guaranteed for a lifetime, anything happens to the embroidery we will fix it.
